Term & Condition

  1. Delivery Time Request: We will try to accommodate early delivery requests, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on our schedule and queue. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  2. No Refund: No cancellations or refunds once the booking is confirmed, including on the day of delivery or rental period.
  3. Returning Spare Parts: When returning rented items, please ensure that all spare parts (e.g., pillow, bed sheet, handle bar, box) are returned to their original position. A fee will be charged for any lost or damaged spare parts.
  4. Permanent Stains: Please avoid leaving permanent stains (e.g., glue, pen marks, ink) on rented items. A laundry fee of IDR 100,000 will be charged for any permanent stains.
  5. Different Pickup Location: Please notify us one day in advance if you would like to pick up your rental items from a different location than specified in your booking form. If you need to return items to a different location, you can either return them to our office or use a Gojek courier at your own expense.
  6. Urgent Delivery Requests: If you request a delivery at short notice and our courier is not available, we will use Gojek / Grab at your own expense.
  7. Extension: If you would like to extend your rental period, please notify us one week in advance. If we have already received another booking for the same item, we may not be able to accommodate your extension request.
  8. Rental Period: The rental period, delivery date, and pickup date must match the dates specified in your booking form. Even if you haven't completed the full 7-day rental period, the rental period will still end on the scheduled date and cannot be extended.
  9. No Item Exchange: We do not allow exchanges of rented items. We recommend researching the item on Google or YouTube before renting to ensure it meets your needs. (Exception: If an electronic item is damaged due to usage, we may replace it.)
  10. Liability: Eve Baby Rental is not responsible for any damage, accidents, injuries, or other incidents caused by rented items.
  11. Lost Items: Eve Baby Rental is not responsible for items left in strollers. Claims for lost items must be made within one month of the rental period. If no claim is made within this timeframe, the item will be donated. The cost of shipping lost items is borne by the renter.
  12. Booking Confirmation: By renting or filling out our booking form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
